Regulation First Mindset

At DeliveryBudz, we pride ourselves on having a regulation-first mindset. We are committed to being transparent and communicative with regulators, and only do business with regulated dispensaries. We sent an eight-page letter to regulators several months ago, introducing our business, and explaining our logic behind desired changes to portions of the regulation.

We made explanations for these desired changes, because we strongly believe they will help not only us, but all types of businesses vital to the Cannabis ecosystem in the State of New York.

We are committed to helping shape thoughtful and sensible regulation that will allow the legal Cannabis industry in New York to succeed mightily, and thus generate tax revenue that will help areas of our State in dire need.

We strongly believe that our technology will help bridge the gap to bring consumers from the illicit market into the licensed market, allowing them to interact seamlessly with licensed Cannabis dispensaries for the first time. We are steadfast in our commitment and desire to demonstrate through action, how vital and helpful our company can be to the New York State Cannabis industry, and thus to the State of New York.
